RETURN AND REFUNDS POLICY
Thank you for trusting Mama Nose, we hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please refer to the information given below.
Mama Nose will accept returns only if, the products were purchased from www.mamanose.com website and meets the conditions given below:
in the event that the product you ordered has been faulty or is different to the product purchased on the website
If an error has been made on our end by sending the wrong nappy size
If these above conditions are meet, you can choose between refund and exchange of the product within 7 days of customer receiving the delivery.
Mama Nose will not take any return if:
your order is processed and dispatched
any boxes or bags of the products have been opened
you change your mind
find the same product or service for cheaper elsewhere
the products are sale & promotional items
To return a product please email us at email@example.com within 7 days of customer receiving the delivery and we will revert back to you with a Unique Return Number (URN) . Once you receive the URN, you can proceed to place the product securely in its original packaging and mail it back to us on the following address:

When we receive the returned package, it will undergo a small inspection to assess the quality of the product after which a refund or exchange will be initiated. Please be patient and allow us 5-7 business days to process your refund or exchange process. In case of a refund, it will be processed as quickly as possible and the return payment will be made by the same method and into the same account that the customer had made the original payment from.
SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS
Do note, that you will be responsible for all return shipping fees. We recommend that you keep a track of the package that is being returned for a hassle-free exchange or refund.
