OUR SHIPPING POLICY
Our shipping policy is bound to be light on your pockets because we offer shipping at a minimum amount of
AUD 10 on orders, and the rest of the shipping cost is borne by Mama Nose because every customer deserves benefits.
AUTHORITY TO LEAVE
By default, all orders from Mama Nose will not require a signature on delivery. This means your order will be left at customer address in a a safe locations, where possible.
Mama Nose will ship the products all around Australia and hopefully with your support, we will soon be able to ship them worldwide.
Our orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days using our carbon neutral delivery logistic partner. Most of the deliveries are received within 7-10 business day and you will also find an ETA on the email which will be sent to you as soon as you place your order. Regional and remote deliveries may experience a longer time.
If you do not receive your order within 10 or more business days or if you encounter a problem with the product that you have received, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will also receive a tracking link from Mama Nose and “delivery logistic partner” via email. The provided tracking link will be active as soon as your order is dispatched, so that it is convenient for you to locate your product. However if you fail to receive a tracking link within 1-2 business days, feel free to email us at email@example.com and we will look into it.
Due the weight and measurement of a portion of the things in our store (especially Mama Nose care packages), your request may come as different bundles. Occasionally these bundles will show up in different conveyances. Every conveyance will have a different tracking reference. On the off chance that you just receive a part of your requested order please check the tracking reference as this will generally demonstrate if there are various bundles that are incoming, related to your order request.
Order requests that have been received on Saturdays, Sundays or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day or ideally a Monday after the weekend. (Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)
